Policy Details
Eligibility:
Any individual, whether an employee or an external party, can participate in the physician referral program.
Referrers must be 18 years of age or older.
Referral Criteria:
The referred physician must be new to Canadian Health Labs and not have previously worked for the organization.
The referred physician must complete their contract period or work for a minimum of 30 days.
Note:
This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Canadian Health Labs. Referrers
are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates.
By participating in the Physician Referral Bonus Program, referrers acknowledge and agree
to the terms outlined in this policy.
